Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice with melted butter.
Toast the bread in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until lightly golden.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Remove the toasted bread from the oven and evenly distribute the shrimp mixture on top of each slice.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the shrimp is cooked through.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the shrimp mixture. If you’re a fan of herbs, try mixing in some chopped dill or basil for a fresh twist.
