Weight Watchers Creamy Cucumber Salad with Dill and Red Onion

Instructions:

Prep the Vegetables:
Thinly slice the cucumbers and red onion. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
Make the Dressing:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dill, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Combine and Toss:
Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and red onions. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
Chill:
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve:
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with extra dill if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!
