Vinaigrette in stock, fast and long shelf life

Preparation

(You can make the recipe with or without Thermomix. The numbers for the TM are in parentheses).

1. First, put the vinegar, water, sugar, salt and vegetable broth in a saucepan and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes over medium heat. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir with a mixer for 5 to 8 seconds (10 seconds/5 seconds).

2. Then now pour the dressing into bottles and store it in the refrigerator after cooling. The vinegar preserves it and makes it last for quite a long time. It tastes good with any leafy salads or raw vegetables.

The dressing also makes a great souvenir or small homemade gift.
