Ingredients:
- 1 large block Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilies, undrained
- 2.25 pounds ground beef
- 1 box bowtie pasta (farfalle)
- (Optional) 1 cup reserved pasta water, to adjust sauce thickness
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Bowtie Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Before draining, reserve 1 cup of pasta water to help adjust the sauce consistency later if needed. Set the pasta aside.
