This recipe killed it at dinner. I can’t wait to make it again

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, celery, cucumber, red onion, red pepper, green pepper, and frozen peas.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, white vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables and mix until everything is evenly coated.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
