This ‘Garlic Dream’ has quickly become the star of our dinner table—made it three times last week with only 4 ingredients
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
4. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet, stirring to combine with the garlic and butter. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Serve the chicken with the creamy garlic sauce drizzled over the top.
Variations & Tips
For a bit of extra flavor, you can add some grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce as it simmers. If your family enjoys a bit of heat, a pinch of red pepper flakes can spice things up nicely. For those who prefer dark meat, chicken thighs can be used instead of breasts. And if you have picky eaters, consider slicing the chicken into strips before cooking to make it easier for little ones to enjoy.
