This Dish Was So Good… We Made It Twice (and It Got Even Better!)

👩‍🍳 How to Make It (Slow Cooker Magic!):

  1. Layer the goodness: Place the chopped cabbage into your slow cooker first. Then pile the sliced smoked sausage right on top.

  2. Pour it in: Add the can of diced tomatoes (juice and all!) over everything.

  3. Broth it up: Pour the chicken broth over the top until everything is mostly covered.

  4. Let it cook:

    • On LOW for 6–8 hours

    • Or on HIGH for 3–4 hours
      …until the cabbage is tender and everything smells amazing.

  5. Serve and enjoy: Stir gently before serving. Grab a spoon, a slice of crusty bread (or a biscuit), and get cozy.


💡 Tips & Variations:

  • Add a pinch of pepper flakes if you like a little heat 🌶️

  • Swap sausage for ground beef or turkey if that’s what you’ve got

  • Toss in a few potatoes or carrots to make it heartier

  • Feeling fancy? A dollop of sour cream on top is heavenly 😍
