Directions
1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin mix until fully combined.
4. Gently fold in the rice krispies cereal and crushed freeze-dried strawberries until evenly coated.
5. If using, fold in the white chocolate chips.
6. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan, using a buttered spatula or wax paper to evenly spread and press down.
7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
Variations & Tips
For a different flavor, try using raspberry or cherry gelatin mix instead of strawberry. You can also add a handful of chopped nuts for extra crunch, or drizzle melted chocolate over the top for a more decadent treat. If you have picky eaters, consider making a plain batch alongside the strawberry version, so everyone has something they love.
