1. Cut 400 g of mozzarella cheese into even cubes.
2. Grind 60 g of corn flakes, 1 tsp dried garlic, and 1/3 tsp hot pepper into fine crumbs.
3. In a bowl, mix 2 eggs and 2 tbsp milk.
4. Roll each cheese cube in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the cornflake crumbs.
5. Repeat the egg and crumbs for a thicker batter.
6. Shake off excess flour and ensure even egg coating.
7. Use a dry hand or spoon for the cornflake crumbs.
8. Freeze cheese sticks for 1 hour.
9. Fry cheese sticks in hot oil in small batches until the crust darkens.
10. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
