Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the tube of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center.
Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese, pinching to seal and form a ball.
Place the cheese-filled biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian herbs.
Brush the tops of the biscuit balls with the garlic butter mixture.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each biscuit.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
Variations & Tips
For a spicy kick, add a slice of jalapeño inside each biscuit along with the cheese. If you have picky eaters, try using different types of cheese like cheddar or pepper jack. You can also add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter for an extra zing. For a sweet twist, replace the garlic and herbs with cinnamon and sugar, and use cream cheese instead of mozzarella.
