Softly simmer sliced apples for 5-7 minutes

Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy

Add vanilla and salt

Mix flour and baking powder

Gently fold flour into egg mixture

Stir in yogurt

Layer apples in dish

Sprinkle cinnamon

Pour batter over apples


Bake 40-45 minutes


Cool, dust with powdered sugar
