The “Minute” cake. Simply mix the ingredients and you’re done!

-3 eggs;

-100 ml of refined sunflower oil;

– a glass of kefir;

– a glass of sugar;

-200 g of flour;

-10 g of baking powder;

-150 g of apricot jam;

-50 g of walnuts.

The volume of the glass used is 200 ml.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Put the eggs, refined sunflower oil, kefir, sugar, sifted flour and baking powder in a deep bowl. Mix well so that there are no lumps. You should get a fairly liquid dough.

2. Transfer it to the oiled pan.

3. Bake the cake for 45-50 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 ° C.

4. Let it cool until lukewarm, then remove it from the pan.

5. Spread the surface of the cake with the apricot jam and decorate it with the crushed nuts.

6. Portion and serve the cake with great pleasure!
