2 filet mignon steaks, 1.5 inches thick
2 whole lobster tails

For the Bรฉarnaise Sauce:
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons minced shallots
3 egg yolks
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
