Instructions

1. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned and crumbly (7–8 min).
2. Add flour and stir for 2 minutes.
3. Pour in milk gradually, whisking to prevent lumps. Cook until thickened.
4. Add seasonings and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
5. Preheat oven to 375°F.
6. Roll out 1 sheet of puff pastry and press into a 9-inch pie dish.
7. Spoon in gravy, then top with second pastry sheet. Seal and crimp edges.
8. Cut slits in top crust and bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
9. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
