👩‍🍳 How to Make It:

  1. Drain the Pineapple
Start by draining your can of crushed pineapple. You want it moist but not too watery, so the fluff sets just right.

  2. Mix the Pudding & Pineapple
In a large bowl, stir the drained pineapple together with the dry pudding mix (no need to make the pudding first). The juice and pineapple will hydrate the mix and turn it into a creamy base.

  3. Fold in the Whipped Topping
Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fully combined. This is where the fluff starts to happen! 🌀

  4. Add Marshmallows (and Extras!)
Toss in the mini marshmallows and stir. If you’re adding coconut or nuts, now’s the time to sprinkle those in too.

  5. Chill & Serve
Let the fluff chill in the fridge for at least 1–2 hours. It thickens and the flavors blend beautifully. Then scoop, serve, and watch it disappear!

🍒 Fun Toppings & Variations:

  • Add chopped pecans or walnuts for crunch

  • Mix in a handful of shredded coconut for a piña colada vibe

  • Top with cherries or pineapple rings for a party-ready look

🌟 The Verdict:

This Pineapple Fluff Dessert is one of those “set it and forget it” recipes that never fails. It’s light but satisfying, nostalgic yet fresh—and just fancy enough to bring to gatherings.

Whether you’re making it for a summer BBQ, a cozy Sunday dinner, or just to satisfy a sweet tooth, one thing’s for sure: everyone will want seconds! 🍍💛🍨
