Pepperoni Cheese Rolls
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
3. Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, ricotta cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
4. Assemble the Rolls: Spread the cheese and pepperoni mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
5. Roll It Up: Starting from one of the long sides, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape. Pinch the seams to seal.
