Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.

2. Drain excess fat from the skillet, then add the taco seasoning mix and water. Stir to combine, then simmer for a few minutes until the liquid has reduced and the mixture is thickened. Remove from heat.

3. Warm the flour tortillas slightly either in the microwave or in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 20-30 seconds on each side, until they are pliable.

4. Lay out the warmed tortillas on a clean work surface. Spread a generous spoonful of nacho cheese sauce onto each tortilla, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.

5. Divide the cooked ground beef evenly among the tortillas, spreading it in a line down the center of each tortilla.

6. Top the beef with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, sliced black olives, and chopped fresh cilantro, if using.

7. If desired, add a dollop of sour cream and a drizzle of salsa on top of the other ingredients.

8. To wrap, fold the bottom edge of each tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to enclose the filling.

9. Serve the nacho cheese beef wraps immediately, or wrap them in foil to keep warm until ready to serve.
