Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
Add the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper, and mix well.
Gently fold in the lump crabmeat, cooked shrimp, and green onions.
Transfer half of the mixture to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese.
Layer the remaining mixture on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.
Garnish with additional green onions and serve hot with your choice of dippers.
Variations & Tips
For a spicier version, increase the amount of cayenne pepper or add a few dashes of hot sauce. You can also substitute the cheddar cheese with Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack for a different flavor profile. If you’re looking to make this dish a bit lighter, consider using reduced-fat cream cheese and mayonnaise. For a touch of sweetness, add a small amount of finely chopped red bell pepper to the mix.
