Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the turkey from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the butter and let it melt. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet, stirring to coat them in the garlic butter. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly golden.
Return the cooked turkey to the skillet, and add the thyme and paprika. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Variations & Tips
For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce. You can also substitute ground chicken or beef for the turkey if you prefer. For a vegetarian option, replace the ground turkey with a plant-based protein or additional vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers. Adding a squeeze of lemon juice before serving can brighten up the flavors, and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese can add a touch of richness.
