1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions
1. Place the pork tenderloins in the slow cooker.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, oregano, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
3. Pour the sauce over the pork, ensuring it’s well coated.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
5. Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
6. If desired, transfer the sauce to a saucepan and simmer over medium heat until slightly thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
7. Serve the pork with the sauce drizzled over the top.
Variations & Tips
For a slightly different flavor profile, try adding a tablespoon of grated fresh ginger to the sauce. You can also substitute chicken thighs for the pork if you prefer poultry. If you like a bit of smokiness, a teaspoon of smoked paprika can be added to the sauce. For a thicker sauce, mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with two tablespoons of water and stir it into the sauce before simmering.
