Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in a large dish of water for at least 15 minutes before assembling the skewers. This helps prevent them from burning during baking.

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil over the cubed chicken. Sprinkle the entire packet of ranch seasoning and the garlic powder over the top of the chicken.

Toss everything together thoroughly until the chicken pieces are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
Thread the seasoned chicken cubes onto skewers, packing them together tightly but not so tightly that the insides won’t cook evenly. Place the assembled chicken skewers on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the skewers in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking and browning.
After baking, you can broil the skewers for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the outsides start to develop a nice golden-brown color. Keep a close eye on them while broiling to prevent burning.
Brush the cooked ranch chicken skewers with ranch dressing before serving, or serve the ranch dressing on the side as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
