In my younger days, I was obsessed with this meal and constantly requested my mom to make it.
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a glass baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
Toss the biscuit pieces in the herb and cheese mixture until well coated.
Arrange the coated biscuit pieces in the prepared baking dish, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy the pull-apart goodness!
Variations & Tips
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the herb and cheese mixture. You can also experiment with different types of cheese, such as cheddar or gouda, for a unique flavor profile. If you’re a fan of garlic, consider adding roasted garlic for a deeper, richer taste. For a more Mediterranean twist, include some chopped sun-dried tomatoes or olives in the mix. This recipe is versatile and can be adjusted to suit your taste preferences or whatever ingredients you have on hand.
