I’d happily have this for every meal if I could
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the chicken, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined with the chicken.
Warm the low-carb tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Divide the cheesy garlic chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before wrapping them up tightly.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Variations & Tips
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the chicken mixture. If you have picky eaters, you can swap out the mozzarella for cheddar or another favorite cheese. For a vegetarian version, substitute the chicken with sautéed mushrooms or zucchini. Feel free to add some sliced avocado or a handful of spinach for extra nutrition.
