How To Remove Stubborn Stains From Clothing and Linens

What You Need:

. Baking soda
. White vinegar
. Hydrogen peroxide

Steps:

. Make a paste with 3 parts baking soda and 1 part water and apply it to the stain.
. Let it sit for 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
. For tougher stains, mix equal parts hydrogen peroxide and white vinegar, apply, and let it sit for 10 minutes before washing.

7. Grass Stains

What You Need:

. Rubbing alcohol or white vinegar
. Laundry detergent

Steps:

. Dab rubbing alcohol or white vinegar onto the stain to loosen it.
. Apply laundry detergent directly to the stain and gently rub it in.
. Rinse with cold water and wash the item as usual.

8. Makeup Stains (Lipstick, Foundation, Mascara)

What You Need:

. Dish soap
. Rubbing alcohol

Steps:

. Dab the stain with a small amount of rubbing alcohol to break down the oils in the makeup.
. Apply dish soap and gently work it into the stain with your fingers.
. Rinse with warm water and wash as normal.
