Make the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper.

Marinate the shrimp: Pour ⅓ of the sauce over the shrimp and let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Thicken remaining sauce: Whisk cornstarch into the remaining sauce and set aside.

Cook the broccoli: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp. Remove and set aside.

Cook shrimp & sausage: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add shrimp (discarding marinade) and sausage. Cook for 2 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink and form a “C” shape.

Combine everything: Pour in the thickened sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes until glossy. Add broccoli back in, toss to coat, and heat through.

Serve: Enjoy over rice, noodles, or on its own!
