Hawaiian Macaroni Salad
Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
Make the Dressing:
In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, milk, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Combine & Chill:
Add cooked pasta, carrots, and scallions to the dressing. Mix until fully coated.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour (or overnight for deeper flavor).
Serve:
Stir gently before serving. Adjust salt/pepper to taste.
