Gratinated Linguine with Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

300g linguine
500g minced meat (beef or pork)
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 œuf
2 tablespoons cap
500ml tomato sauce
100g grated cheese (mozzarella, parmesan or gruyere)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh basil (optional)
Salt and pepper….
