Garlic Roasted Chicken and Potatoes
Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and potatoes are tender.
