Step 1: Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
Step 2: Mix the ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, milk, ketchup, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Step 3: Shape the meatloaf
Transfer the mixture to the greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf shape. Make sure the meatloaf is compact and evenly distributed in the pan.
Step 4: Bake the meatloaf
Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The top of the meatloaf should be golden brown.
Step 5: Rest and serve
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. This will allow the flavors to settle and the meatloaf to hold its shape. Slice the meatloaf and serve it with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
