1: Prepare the Filling
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onions and garlic, cooking until translucent about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2: Mix the Cheesy Beef Filling
- Transfer the beef mixture to a bowl. Add softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar.
- Mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined. Let it cool slightly before assembling.
3: Roll and Slice
- Unroll the crescent dough and press seams together to form one solid sheet.
- Spread the beef and cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log, then slice into 1 inch pieces.
4: Bake and Serve
- Place the rollups on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let rest 2 minutes, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
