Fried potatoes and onions

1. **Prep the Potatoes**: Peel (if desired) and slice the potatoes into thin rounds or cubes.

2. **Prep the Onion**: Slice the onion into thin rings or half-moons.

3. **Heat the Oil**: In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.

4. **Cook the Potatoes**: Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften.

5. **Add the Onions**: Add the sliced onions to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices you like.

6. **Continue Cooking**: Cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, and the onions are caramelized.

7. **Serve**: Enjoy hot as a side dish or even as a main meal!

Feel free to customize with your favorite seasonings or add in bell peppers for extra flavor!
