Focaccia with cream cheese can be eaten every day
1. Simply sift the flour into a large bowl, add the salt, yeast, oil and cold water, then knead until you have a smooth dough. Break off pieces and roll them out into cookies.
2. Then place the cream cheese in the middle, close the dough and form a ball.
3. Now roll it out again and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Finally, after cooking, brush the surface with olive oil previously mixed with crushed garlic and aromatic herbs.
