1. Cucumber Mint Detox Water

 

 Cucumber is a natural diuretic that helps reduce water retention, while mint soothes the body and supports digestion.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1-2 slices of lemon
  • 4 cups of water

Instructions:
