Fluffy Cottage Cheese Cloud Bread
Prep:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whip Egg Whites:
In a clean, grease-free bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form (about 3-4 minutes).
Mix Yolk Base:
In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks, cottage cheese, salt, and honey (if using) until smooth.
Combine:
Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites with a spatula. Do not overmix—keep it airy!
Shape & Bake:
