Fish Croquettes Ingredients:

500 g white fish fillets (cod, hake, or other fish of your choice)
500 g potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
100 g breadcrumbs
50 g flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Frying oil
