1. In a bowl, mix the semolina with cocoa.
2. In a pot, melt the granulated sugar, then stir in the milk.
3. Add the semolina and cocoa mixture to the pot.
4. Cook until boiling, then continue to cook for 2 more minutes.
5. Pour the mixture into a wet glass jar or baking tray.
6. Allow to cool slightly, then cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
7. Once chilled, invert onto a cutting board and cut into squares.
8. Coat with dried coconut if desired.
