delicious Baked Oatmeal featuring apple and banana!
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Grind 100g of oats to a fine consistency.
3. Mix ground oats with 50g of whole oats.
4. Dice one apple and one banana into small pieces.
5. Add diced apple and banana to the oat mixture.
6. Sprinkle cinnamon over the mixture.
7. Add two tablespoons of coconut oil to the mixture.
8. Add 40g of nuts to the mixture.
9. Transfer the mixture into an ovenproof dish and bake for 30 minutes.
