Instructions:

Preheat and Prepare the Pan:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Roll Out Crescent Dough:
- Unroll one tube of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the greased baking dish.

Layer the Meats and Cheeses:
- Layer the sliced deli meats, starting with salami, followed by pepperoni, and then ham.
- Add the Provolone and Swiss cheese slices.
- Place the roasted red peppers evenly over the cheese.

Add Parmesan and Pesto:
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the layers.
- Spread the basil-flavored pesto over the Parmesan.

Top with Crescent Dough:
- Unroll the second tube of crescent roll dough and place it over the layered filling. Press the seams together.

Prepare the Egg Wash:
- Beat the 3 eggs in a small bowl.
- Brush the beaten eggs over the top crescent dough layer.

Bake the Antipasto Squares:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Cool and Slice:
- Let the antipasto squares cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
