 Instructions:
Cook the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
Cook the Pasta:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
In the same skillet, heat olive oil.
Add onions and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
Add garlic and sauté for another minute.
Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
Add diced tomatoes and Cajun seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Combine & Serve:
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Top with sliced chicken and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
