Add the ground beef to the mixture and gently stir until well incorporated. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatloaf dense.

Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape into a firm, even loaf.

Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for about fifty minutes. If you want to add a glaze, mix ketchup with a little brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce, then spread it on top of the meatloaf during the last fifteen minutes of baking.

Once the meatloaf is cooked through, let it rest for five to ten minutes before slicing. This will help retain its juices and make it easier to cut into even portions.
