Cracker Barrel Meatloaf
To make this meatloaf you will need two eggs, two-thirds cup of milk, thirty-two crushed Ritz crackers, and half a cup of chopped onion.
You will also need four ounces of shredded sharp cheddar cheese and one teaspoon of salt.
For extra seasoning, you can add a teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of garlic powder, and a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce for a deeper flavor.
Step by step instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 150°C. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
Add crushed crackers, chopped onion, shredded cheddar cheese, salt and additional seasonings of your choice. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
