List of items needed to make a recipe.
1 turkey breast without bones, weighing 3-4 pounds.
1/2 cup of natural maple syrup
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of powdered garlic
1 teaspoon of powdered onion
Add salt and pepper according to your preference.

Instructions

Put the turkey breast in the crockpot.
Mix the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl using a whisk.
Pour the maple syrup mixture over the turkey breast, making sure it is completely covered.
Add salt and pepper to your liking.
Place a lid on the pot and cook on low heat for 6-7 hours, or until the turkey is soft and completely cooked.

After cooking, allow the turkey to sit for a few minutes before cutting it.

Serve with the side dishes you like best and savor it!
Different Types and Advice
To give it some extra flavor, you can sprinkle a little bit of cayenne pepper into the maple syrup mix. If you like a saltier taste, you can add a spoonful of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce. You can also try using fresh herbs such as rosemary or sage to give a different smell. If you have extra food, you can use it to make tasty sandwiches or salads the following day!
