1. Preparing the honey: Mix the ingredients for the honey and cook them on the stove for a few minutes.
2. Preparing the brioche: Cut the brioche into slices and fry on both sides in a pan until golden.
3. Prepare the soup: Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the finely chopped onion and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes until golden.
