Pecan Turtle Clusters are a delicious, sweet treat made by combining smooth

chocolate, crunchy pecans, and chewy caramel, resulting in a bite-sized indulgence that’s perfect for any occasion! Here’s a simple recipe to make these irresistible clusters at home:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pecan halves (or pieces)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz semisweet or milk chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional, for a smoother chocolate coating)

Instructions:

  1. Toast the Pecans:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Spread the pecan halves in a single layer on a baking sheet.
    • Toast them in the oven for about 8–10 minutes or until fragrant, stirring once or twice to prevent burning. Let them cool.
  2. Caramel Layer:
    • In a small saucepan, heat the caramel sauce over medium heat until it’s warm and smooth. If you’re using store-bought caramel, you can warm it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
