2. Sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
In a shallow dish, mix the sugar and cinnamon well.

Separate the biscuits and cut a 1″ hole in the center with a cookie cutter (I use a water bottle lid). Save the cut out holes to cook, too.

Frying biscuits in hot oil.

Drop 3 or 4 biscuits into the hot oil and cook until golden brown.

Frying the opposite side of the biscuit.

5. Frying the opposite side of the biscuit.
Flip them over and cook the opposite side. Do the same thing with the holes.

Coating biscuits in cinnamon sugar.

6. Coating biscuits in cinnamon sugar.
Remove the donuts from the oil and dredge them in the sugar mixture. Place on a separate plate to cool.
