best Crispy Cauliflower

STEP 1: Prep oven. Heat to 450°F (232°C).

STEP 2: Cut cauliflower. Remove core, cut into even bite-sized florets.

STEP 3: Season. Toss florets with oil, salt, curry powder, and optional maple syrup.

STEP 4: Prep pan. Heat large oven-safe skillet (preferably cast iron) over medium-high heat.

Cooking Instructions
STEP 1: Sear. Add oil to hot pan, sear cauliflower 5 minutes until golden.

STEP 2: Don’t crowd. Cook in batches if needed for crispiest results.

STEP 3: Roast. Transfer pan to oven, cook 10-15 minutes.

STEP 4: Stir. Toss every 5 minutes for even browning.

Perfect crispy-tender cauliflower with golden edges.
