Beef Ribs Nilaga Recipe
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Simmer beef ribs with onion, garlic, and water in a large pot. Skim off any foam as needed.
Once the meat is tender, add potatoes and corn. Continue cooking until the potatoes are soft.
Mix in cabbage and bok choy, if using. Season the soup with fish sauce, salt, and pepper.
