BEEF RENDANG
Ingredients:
1kg beef
1000ml thick coconut milk or 3 coconuts
2 tbsp finely ground chili
1 turmeric leaf
4 lime leaves
2 bay leaves
2 lemongrass, crushed
1 star anise
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 nutmeg
Salt to taste
Sugar
500ml water
