Why You’ll Love These Cheese Bombs

Fast & Easy – Made with canned biscuit dough, so no need to make anything from scratch.
Customizable – Use any cheese you like or add extras like cooked bacon or herbs.
Perfect for sharing – Great for parties, potlucks, or just a cozy movie night in.
That buttery topping – Ranch seasoning + garlic + melted butter = pure magic.

Ingredients You’ll Need

For the Cheese Bombs:
1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10-count, regular size)
3 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into small cubes, about ¾ inch each)

For the Garlic Butter:
¼ cup melted salted butter
2 teaspoons garlic powder (or 3 teaspoons minced garlic)
2 teaspoons dry Ranch seasoning mix

How to Make Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

1. Prep the oven and pan
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.

2. Stuff the biscuits
Open the biscuit tube (and try not to jump when it pops—I always do!). Flatten each biscuit slightly, then place a cube of cheese in the center. Pinch the edges closed to form a tight ball and seal in the cheese. Place each seam-side down on the baking sheet.

3. Mix up the butter topping
In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, garlic, and ranch seasoning until combined.

4. Brush and bake
Brush each dough ball with some of the garlic butter mixture. Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.

5. Finish and serve
Right after they come out of the oven, brush the tops with the remaining garlic butter. Let them cool for 5 minutes (if you can wait), then serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing on the side.
