Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. If desired, drizzle with sweet chili sauce for an extra kick.
Serve warm with your choice of dippers.
Variations & Tips
For a spicier version, add a teaspoon of sriracha or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture. If you prefer a smokier flavor, try adding a few drops of liquid smoke or substituting smoked paprika for the garlic powder.
